For over a century Oamaru’s Public Gardens have entertained and inspired visitors. The gardens are set in a series of Victorian-inspired rooms linked by pathways. Unique features include the glass display house, Mirror Lake, Chinese Gardens, Craig Fountain and famous Wonderland Statue. There is also a children’s playground, several picnic areas and a bird aviary.
