Amberley House (Private)

It is now home  to  Andy  and  Angie Mason  and  their  seven  children. The  house offers  substantive  vistas  over  the  garden  and  affords  a wonderful  backdrop  to  many  special  spots in  the  garden. It sits on the edge of the valley  and it is surrounded by formal gardens flanked by hedges

The landscape then rolls away from the house and expansive meadow  views flow away from the house. The lawns are  flanked  by  trees  and around the edges of the open space sinuous ponds draw the eye.

A logical and sequential layout draws  the visitor  through the garden allowing them to enjoy the  2500  plus magnificent trees,  most  between  40 and  110 years  old and  an incredible birdlife  experience . Botanists  will  be especially  interested  in  the  huge diversity  of tree species  with  a great  proportion  of them  named.
