Dan Hinkley Lectures
The New Zealand Gardens Trust is bringing Dan Hinkley, the celebrated North American plant explorer, horticulturalist, gardener, lecturer and author, to New Zealand where he will present four illustrated lectures. Presented with numerous awards for his outstanding horticultural achievements, including Britain's prestigious Veitch Memorial Medal, he was noted too for his wonderful nursery Heronswood out fo Seattle.  He has now created a new garden in the Pacific North West called Windcliff.  Dan is the author of numerous articles and best selling books on a wide range of plant topics and is in international  demand as a speaker.  he will bring a wealth of knowledge to these exciting lectures.

"From Sichuan, Vietnam to Seattle"  a wide ranging illustrated talk on plant collecting in the East

"Making Windcliff" Dan Hinkley will give an illustrated talk on making his garden in Seattle.
